JMC Mom Meetups

With that said, meetups are for genuine social connections and networking. Mom Meet Ups located in downtown Roanoke, Virginia is co-hosted by Jen Marie Cliff (JMC) and The WellNest. When you enter the main building, you’ll see The WellNest shop to your right. Stop in and say hi to the owner, Valarie, or walk upstairs towards the front large windows. Jen will be there!  

JMC created her Mom Meetups in the Spring of 2019 in an attempt to make mommy friends. She recognizes the struggle moms face including; isolation, lack of adult conversation, balancing work and home life, financial restraints, childcare, and many other issues. Since March last year, she put her meetups on pause. Now that she has found a wonderful friend and business who aligns with the same values and goals, together they want to build a strong community. 

Jen was one of the Founders of a new nonprofit dedicated to empowering moms through education and connection. She joined this amazing team of women because it aligned with her own holistic business vision and mission. Last year, she decided to step down to focus on her businesses which center around moms. She believes in the holistic model of self-care and hopes to inspire moms to love their bodies, minds, hearts, and souls. 

Finally, she hopes to connect you to local resources and other moms who are looking for additional support.
