The mission is to create a learning and integrative experience where individuals can choose from convenient online learning and conscious community services including private sessions, studio classes, and private group gatherings.

JMC Healing and Wellness Academy integrates allopathic and ancient medicine where students and clients come together to learn about healing and spirituality. We encourage individuals to tap into their unique human potential of self-healing, resiliency, and intuitive gifts.
THE WHY​

As a new mom, Jen struggled at the beginning of her motherhood journey. She discovered that her career path was meant to be nontraditional; where before she was a full-time nurse and now she is fully immersed as a healer, mentor, and advocate for moms.
MISSION
THE GOAL

The Academy has two main goals:

To create a global online learning platform that teaches practical self-care techniques by integrating ancient and practical techniques related to stress and anxiety reduction, intuitive development, and spiritual/personal growth.

Build an intimate gathering space in the woods for retreats, workshops, and social events revolving around holistic wellness.

USUI SHIKI RYOHO REIKI CERTIFICATION COURSE
The Academy will be launching its Usui Reiki Certification Course for Levels 1 & 2. Students will learn both levels on two separate days. They will be attuned, have lunch, practice Reiki, and have a Q&A with Jen, the Reiki Master Teacher.

THE PODCAST​
Strengthening the motherhood journey through self-care, spirituality, and intuitive development. Jen Marie Cliff, RN, BSN, RMT is a registered nurse, entrepreneur, healer, spiritual mentor, artist, firefighter wife, mom, and pet lover. She strives to enlighten and empower moms through allopathic and ancient approaches through conscious collaboration between practitioners, businesses, and nonprofits of the health and wellness industries. In addition, she will provide insight into her own experiences. And finally, she invites other moms who have powerful motherhood stories of trial and triumph.

This blog is dedicated to all the moms around the globe who seek further understanding of motherhood, health + wellness, and spirituality + metaphysics. All topics will revolve around holistic self-care and heart-centered living to empower, educate, and inspire to live authentically & joyfully.
