Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact Jen at least 24 hours of your scheduled paid session or (free) interview to avoid any charges or confusion. If Jen has a family emergency or having technical difficulties related to a mobile device, she will get in contact with you ASAP. Please view your email prior to the session. She will reach out and reschedule (without any additional charges). NO REFUNDS: Once an individual purchases a session there will be no refunds.
