Jen is opening her doors to the public. Join her in an ancient technique that quiets the mind, relaxes the body, soothes the heart, and bridges your experience to the Spirit world.

What is a Vision Quest?

This is an ancient technique to connect with Nature and Spirit on a deep level. You will learn much about yourself, your current situation, the Universe, and your Spirit Guides.

Build resiliency through the art of questing, otherwise known as journeying. In the past, this was reserved for spiritual leaders to access vital information to support the survival of the tribe. Today, it is believed that anyone can use this method to empower their life. By journeying, you will:

 

  • Connect/Create your Medicine Place

  • Connect with your Higher Self - your spirit self

  • Spirit Travel to other Worlds

  • Connect/Communication with your specific Spirit Guides, Ancestors, and Angels

  • Receive healing, cleansing, and balancing on an energetic level - which then positively supports you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually

  • Learn energetic protection techniques

  • Learn to energize by borrowing the Sun, Moon, and the Earth energies

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

The goal is to take these practical techniques, use them frequently to transform and transcend past your daily challenges. 

What To Expect

Join Jen Marie Cliff in-person or remotely starting April 1st, 2021. The WellNest Studio has opened its doors to the public and its members to provide a variety of classes.

Jen will specifically take you on an experience called, "Vision Quests." She combines drumming, rattling, and uses her voice to guide the individual. Think of this as a guided meditation with a unique twist!

  • You do NOT have to have any prior religious or spiritual beliefs prior to attending class. This is open to anyone who is curious, comes with an open mind, and an open heart.

  • LOCATION: 16 West Church Ave, Roanoke, Virginia

  • This will be a 60-minute class

  • You will be sitting or lying on the floor - you can bring a yoga mat or pillow

  • Class schedule: 

    • Fridays at 3p and 4p EST

Who is my instructor?

Jen Marie Cliff | RN, BSN, RMT

Jen Marie Cliff (JMC) desires to bridge science and spirituality to support moms locally and globally by creating unique experiences related to self-care, specifically stress and anxiety reduction. JMC encourages you to have a deep understanding of yourself, a deep connection with the Universe, and come away empowered because many feel frustrated, lost, and confused during a time of much unknown. She believes, 

"If you strengthen the mom, you strengthen the family, which then ripples out to the community."

In other words, if you prioritize self-care daily and consistently, this builds resiliency. Meaning, you can adapt to stressful situations with grace and gumption.

Who is this for?


This is for anyone who is interested in vision journeys. Ideally, they're curious, open minded and open hearted individual. Participants must be 18 years or older.




What are the requirements?


There are no requirements. Participants do not have to have any prior religious or spiritual beliefs.




Should I bring anything to class?


Participants are more than welcome to bring a yoga mat, pillow, waterbottle and snacks. Comfortable clothing should be worn for gentle movement, sitting or lying down for 30-45 minutes per class.




What if I am physically limited?


Please consult a licensed medical professional before attending a class. Participants are asked to lie down and/or sit between 30-45 minutes per class. There may be some gentle movements and stretching as well.
