Guiding Star Yoga Therapy - A Podcast Interview Episode #3

Updated: May 13, 2023

I had the pleasure interviewing Nancy Harvey, RN, MSN, a local Family Nurse Practitioner and Yoga Therapist. The benefit of being part of a collaborative network of wellness practitioners is that we get to learn from one another. We are not all experts on every topic, so it's always enlightening to meet another like-minded mompreneur and nurse who strives to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle.

After being in the nursing field myself for a few years, it taught me that most caretakers, including nurses and physicians, do not care for themselves - typically putting their health and wellness last. It was refreshing to meet another provider who prioritizes self-care while balancing her personal and professional life - something we can all aspire to.
