A multi-passionate mompreneur who loves to help women shine within. She is a sacred activist who cherishes nature and ancient ways of healing. Jen believes in living and leading with the heart (versus the mind) through energetic healing, intuitive development, holistic self-care, and creative expression.

She was a (retired) nurse, Usui and Karuna® Reiki Master since 2011, Shamanic Practitioner and Light Language Activator. Her practice focuses on stress and anxiety reduction to build resiliency, inner peace, and harmony.

​

Jen used to offer a variety of in-person services including private energetic and intuitive sessions, workshops, and classes.

​​
